ABOUT ME

I am a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate and CPA licensure exam passer last May 2018. I am currently working in Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo as Part time Accounting Instructor and accepting freelance accounting works such as Financial Statement Preparation and Financial Projections. I am seeking the opportunity to contribute my knowledge and skills to your organization while experiencing career growth I aim for myself if given the chance to work with yoy. I know that I am best fit for this job since I have extensive background in finance and accounting. I am sure that I will be able to efficiently and effectively do the responsibilities that will be given to me.

I also worked KPMG R.G. Manabat for more than a year as an Experienced Audit Associate. I am assigned to actively develop technical skills on the job and through formal training, builds strong working relationships with clients, effectively documents work, identifies and
communicates engagement issues as well as engagement progress in a timely and organized manner,
assists in developing new business proposals, budgets and fee quotes, works as an effective team
member to complete project components and assigned tasks such as completing segments of audits,
compilations and reviews, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures
and management letter comments, assisting with engagement administration including audit programs
and engagement letters.

Since I am Experienced Associate my supervisors and other superiors were expecting me to guide the new hires within our team, I can say that I can easily get along with the team because I've been in "team set-up" during my stay in KPMG Philippines. Interestingly when I was newly hired I was the only associate assigned in most of my engagements and my Performance Manager challenged me to supervise the OJTs. I will be assigned in the audit of every accounts in the Financial Statement, so I was challenged to be creative and organize when it comes to appropriating works that I can give to the OJTs to meet the deadlines of the working papers without affecting the quality of my work. I made sure that I only give them the clerical part and do all the complicated and analysis part on my own. At times, when I know that I can spare some time I am giving some hands on experience when it comes to analysis and application of theories learned from school to the OJTs assigned to me. So while I am working I am discussing my analysis process and explaining what were the theories I applied in coming up with my analysis. But the most important thing that I made sure to do before giving them their task is that I'll explain them thoroughly on how they will do the task, and share them the theories or lessons from school that they can apply in doing their task.

I have experienced some accounting duties like recording and posting transaction, compiling and sorting
invoices and checks, matching invoices to work orders, input type vouchers, invoices and check, open
emails and respond to suppliers about orders, contact foreman to update expenses in each projects,
banking transactions specifically depositing checks, provide front desk customer service, preparing
payrolls of worker: process employee advances, computation of income taxes paid, and physical count
of safety shoes and matching order slip with official receipt during my on the job training.

You will find me to be a dedicated, motivated and hard-working individual who is keen to learn and
contribute.
