Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for need a simple collage made for an xl spreadsheet splash screen job

I need a simple arrangement of pictures for a splash screen for an xl spreadsheet. I would like pictures 1-3 on the top row, 4-6 on the bottom row. Somewhere in the collage (in small print, unobtrusive) I would like it to say 'Ration - By Darryl Gibb'. If you've got design experience, I trust you will know better than I where this will best fit. Hopefully this should be a simple project for someone experienced in design.
