Required Website Development freelancer for Developer needed for website development, bug fixes job

I am looking for a freelancer who is well versed in website re-design. Specifically, they will need to have experience in Yii2 PHP, MySQL DB and some familiarity with social media APIs.

I have an existing site which can track things using the twitter API. I worked with another developer previously, and I believe they provided the start of some code to track instagram followers, but it is not yet completed.

The site tracks data from social media platforms. I am looking for someone to complete the instagram tracking. I am also looking for someone to manipulate the data and have it displayed on the site in different ways of my choosing (I have data that needs to be displayed in different ways. for example: change in the number of followers over a given time period)

There are also some bugs that need to be fixed.
