Provide administrative support services relating to personnel, staff development, management of records, supplies and equipment, and management of workplace; Prepare, facilitate, and monitor grants, staff benefits/welfare from GSIS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, Leaves, Travel Orders, Annual Budget, and Annual Procurement Plan; Prepare, receive, and control official letters and communications; and Provide support for membership and attendance to different provincial, regional, and national councils and committees.
