I worked within the BPO industry for 3 or more years as Customer Service Consultant and Customer Service Rep where I would multi-task, practice active listening, empathize, resolving customers disputes and satisfying customers needs. I became familiar with the software Oracle and other software's used to contact customer quickly as I'm a fast learner. I worked with Direct tv and AT&T, also with Nordstromrack and Hautelook through chat and email. With my experiences gained this made me an expert in customer service.
