ABOUT ME
I'm a freelancer with over 5 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to this, I began as a customer service agent working in business process outsourcing companies where I handled voice accounts for foreign telecommunications companies like Bell Canada, Time Warner Cable, Dish, Sprint & many more. I also spent time as a technical support & sales representative.
I began freelancing after a year or two in the BPO industry. I've worked many various jobs for clients. Job such as data entry, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting to name a few.
In my years of experience, I've learned how to deal with different types of people, finish tasks with efficiency & accuracy & most importantly, multitask, which I think is a very important trait as a multitasker.
You can count on me to deliver results in the required time under minimal to no supervision.
