Required Node.js freelancer for AWS ECS Task Change Listener with Node.js job

You should write a simple Node.js program which would run inside AWS ECS cluster, and monitor for change in the cluster. As soon as a Task or a Service is created/modified/removed/started/stopped the program should detect those changes and output the task details in the command line.

Deliverable should include:
-) Nodejs program with Docker file.
-) Deployment details for the program
-) IAM policy configuration to allow the program to listen to task/service changes.

Apply only if you're well familiar with AWS ECS and already know how to implement this.
