I have 8+ years experience in NYC fine-dining restaurants, including Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG). With a focus on service, coffee and cocktails, my passion is to train FOH teams to leverage enlightened hospitality and technical skills to increase overall F&B sales. Most recently, I supported project management of Intersect by Lexus' opening , a F&B partnership between USHG and Lexus automobile company. I love coffee, cocktails and funky cheese!
