What seller need from the Buyer to get started?
Assuming you have your own accounting Software, will need the following documents:
All Statements for the period of accounting.
Sales Invoices or Income details having during the period
Purchase invoices for the period
Expenses incurred during the Period
Details of expenses incurred via cash and by the owner/partner/director of the organization
Any other additional documents required for completion of accounts as per discussion
