We are a small sales organization (2 sales people) that uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM to keep track of potential deals. We need someone to help us better implement and use Dynamics existing capability to keep track of sales activities (phone calls, meetings and emails).
We use Exchange 365 for email/meetings and RingCentral for phone calls. RingCentral does have a plugin for Dynamics so getting data about calls in to Dynamics is relatively straightforward.
The end result of this project would be regular and clear reporting on sales activities including phone calls that the sales team is making (volume of calls at a minimum), meetings held (number of meetings at a minimum) and emails sent (# of emails). This should be relatively straightforward for someone with experience in Dynamics administration.
End goal here is to help us better understand the relationship between sales activities and revenues.
A successfull candidate for this project would ideally have prior experience with MS Dynamics and, specifically, sales funnels/reporting on the exact metrics we are looking to track.
