We are looking to augment or replace our current CRM system with a new system that much more fully captures the potential of the database for business development, stakeholder outreach for client work and events management
The new system
The new CRM system should serve these four objectives:
- Business development: tagging and grouping by industry/interest, qualifying leads, evaluating leads, converting leads.
- Project management: workflow automation, action tracking and follow-ups scheduling, reminders, assigning responsibilities and deadlines, relationship linking across company, data visualisation.
- Events management: delegates' lists creation, sending invitations, RSVPs automated tracking, automated reminders.
- E-mail marketing: emails editor (this can be an integrated plugin).
