Required Microsoft Excel,Data Entry freelancer for Data Processor Needed for Real Estate Leads job

You will be responsible for gathering data from various county court sites, cross verifying the leads to qualify if they own property and then organizing data within a master excel spreadsheet on a daily basis. I'm looking for an organized, efficient and accurate data scraper that we can rely on to enable us to quickly & accurately access these leads for printing letters and our sales team.
*This does not require working on US time zone
