Bot should perform simple script:
1) buyer and seller got some ticket number to make their exchange unique, like /get ticket
2) buyer send crypto to bots address for escrow
3) buyer and seller make deal in offline
4) buyer approve with one click that he received good/item with simple chat command, like /received
5) seller approved with command /sold
6) seller receive message to enter crypto wallet address
7) money transfer from escrow address to sellers address
8) certain % remains on escrow wallet

I should be able to manage:
1) escrow address/wallet/currency
2) % fee to be hold on as a fee
