Create attractive subtitles/captions synced to audio in Adobe Premiere

I produce 1-2 videos every week and need someone to take some work off my plate by creating attractive, slightly animated captions/subtitles synced to an audio file (just someone reading a script).

Deliverable for each project would be an Adobe Premiere file with just the audio and animated captions already synced. The goal is for me to just take the Premiere file and add in video beneath the existing captions that you create and export.

Each video is generally between 300-500 words.
