Photo retouching - modification of a stock photo to be used for marketing.

I have a photo, which I would like to use, but I cannot. (nature motive)
The resolution is too small and the ownership / licensing is unclear.

I need to create a similar photo out of a properly purchased stock photo, which I will be able to use as needed.

this will include modification of the background from dark to white and probably composing the final picture out of components from several photos.

I need someone with very goof artistic skills in retouching and modification of nature photos (like adding a tree, modification of lake shore, adding sand,...)

The picture should be used on webpage, product packaging, ads, ...

This can result in longer cooperation on the project - responsibility for the overall graphics definition of the product / project.
