Website design modifications, extreme html and css complex script.

This projet is for website modification
Mostly, the current projet will not require lot of new coding as most option exist in other template and can be copyed from. I msotly want the design to change place to look better with few addon.
I joined a screenshot of how i want it to look like vs how its look like right now.
For success in this projet you need:

- Be tallented in advenced scripting that support multilangage
- Be able to adjuct to the current code and follow it logic and not trying to create your own
- Have at least an idea to how chameleon software work and was coded
- Have good uptime and fast update
- Alway validate with me if any change will make something to be broken or missing

The whole projet is oriented for the profile view (other profile, not personnal one) and curently only for the browser version not the mobile version.

I will share a png file to show the current look and others show how its supose to look like( make with photoshop)
Look carefully to all menu as screenshot didt show all of them but they are inclure in the projet.
In the music one, user will have possibility to reorgaze them, final design not perfect yet. Also, music option didt exist at all in the impact template so you can copy the one from the other template the using it.

Any word added must not be in direct code but as all word in the website. You need to tell me anything you add so i can add appropriate translation for all langage.

Code will be review after for see quality of the work. You need to make a copy of modified file with a .bak extention.

I need to be advice prior of any database modification.

If other major change needed during the projet they will be added as a bonus on mutual agreament.
