Need someone for long-term work. Create Estimates for small Residential Construction Remodel Jobs.

I will provide you with job site notes on each project. I need you to populate the scope of work that is required to complete each project. Each scope of work will need to be submitted using an OUTLINE word document. I will provide you with OUTLINE templates to use.

You do not have to worry about quoting the labor. I just need you to write in the scope of work.

You must have good understanding of building materials that are commonly used for wood frame houses. Drywall, wood framing, insulation, tile, walk-in shower installation, etc.

You will be provided with basic floor plans for each project... and BEFORE photos that you can use to base your labor from.

I expect to give you basic training for filling out my OUTLINE word document templates... and I will give you examples of the type of work I expect.

Once you get the hang of it, each submission will take you about an hour and I am willing to pay about $15.00 per submission.
