Wix domain website certificate issues.

We need someone who can find us a quick and easy solution. We are a telemed company (online doctor appts.) and were working with a white label group that will provide us with a member portal for each of our members. This portal is where each individual will login, access the doctor, or have access to all their benefits.

We have our main website www.example.com (e.g. will give actual website name upon hiring) - this is where we will sale our monthly memberships to the public.
Our white label group needs us to create a sub-domain (portal.example.com). We will point this sub-domain to their servers and they will essentially use this domain as a blank slate for the member portal. - Weve already pointed it towards them but they need the CA root certificate for the website, the certificate for the portal.example.com (the sub domain) and the private key. They said they need this so they can install it to their load balancers.

Heres the problem: We have Wix as our platform and it seems as though they are making it difficult for me to obtain these things. I read somewhere that they (wix) are issuing managed SSL certificates for you, they do this in an automated way that is not designed for you to be able to export their private key material. This has been very frustrating as this area is not my area of expertise.

I need someone who can help with this process on my side of things as were trying to do our part to work with this white label group. Its going to be helpful for you to also be quite familiar with the Wix platform. I cant imagine this job taking that long, but im sure that this will be a quick and easy job for any expert.
