We are looking for an experienced data engineer that has experience in coming up with creative matching algorithm.

We have an existing system that consists of
1) Corporate Users
2) Volunteers

The system allows admin to create projects and deploy it to the corporate users and volunteers.
We are looking for a data engineer to help devise an algorithm to

1) Match the projects to the most suitable volunteers and corporate users based on the preset variables.

2) Allow for weightage distribution so that suitable volunteers and corporate users can be spilt into various groups.

Applicants must have prior experience in similar works and must include suitable work portfolio as part of the application.
