We are Outlier.org and we are looking for talented developers to help us shape the future of education.

Our platform has the worlds best online, university-level courses, taught by some of the most celebrated educators in the world. Our courses use the active learning method to help students visualize, understand, and enjoy learning.

You will be joining our front-end team to build out our education platform. Your work will be used by thousands of students each day to learn subjects like Calculus and Psychology. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams. We want you to help us develop new, more effective ways to teach.

Code quality is very important to us, and we build quickly while keeping our projects stable and maintainable. If this is attractive to you, you might be who were looking for.

This role pays $450 - $600/week (30-40 hours). You will regularly make more than $2,500 per month if you put in the work.

However, this position is not for everyone, please do not apply if:

* You cant work more than 30 hours per week.
* You dont like to follow directions.
* You have little or no experience with either React or Git.
* You wont be available for meetings between 5pm and 12am UTC.

Youre likely to be a good fit if you are:

* Detail Oriented: When a pages spacing is uneven, you notice. A sloppy UI with overlapping elements will make your skin crawl.
* A Good Communicator: You have no problem describing a plan in detail. You keep track of your accomplishments and can discuss potential issues with teammates before they happen.
* Proactive: You dont sit idle. You take pride in your work and constantly find things to improve.

To be considered for this position please complete our short Git Challenge and respond with a link to your solution

We can only accept applicants that can follow instructions. We will not respond to any messages without first seeing the solution to the challenge.
