Executive Assistant for Non Profit Executive

I am looking for a full-time executive assistant, preferably based in the Washington D.C. or New York City area to handle scheduling, travel arrangements, data entry, draft and proofread correspondence, manage and handle other administrative tasks. The ideal applicant has excellent judgment, is detail oriented, conscientious, organized, discreet, and able to handle multiple and competing projects efficiently and thoroughly with a cheerful demeanor. He or she should be accustomed to working with high level executives and be a master at managing up. The ideal candidate will also display the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times and come with excellent references. Occasional weekend and evening availability is required.
