I need an openvpn server configured to allow clients to access the secondary interface on this server (10.x.x.x), that is in bridged mode (tap). It should only allow clients to connect in high encryption algorithm . Please test this setup and make sure you are able to access that subnet. Client will have the subnet 172.0.0.0/24

I will give you a blank centos7 server.

Please make a document with steps to reproduce your setup.
