Designer needed for creating 25 t-shirt designs a week.

I need a designer who can deliver around 25 designs a week on time.

I will share some design with shortlisted candidates. You should have the same style and know what sells good on BLACK shirts!

Workflow:
1) I will send you templates from other designs.
2) You will create NEW designs with a little bit of your own style. That means you keep the basic idea but dont copy it 1 : 1, so you can bring your own style in.
3) You send me twice a week part of the finished designs. I need them in 4500 x 5400 px resolution as png format and the psd files.

Important things:
- Never violate a copyright
- Use only objects you have a license for
- Dont copy designs from others

Payment:
I will pay you 1.50 $ for every finished design, if you deliver on time, i will pay you a bonus of 10% at the end of the month.
(Example: 25 designs a week = 100 designs a month = 100 * 1,50$ = 150$ + Bonus 15$ = 165$ in total)
