We are looking for ongoing Salesforce support for service and sales clouds. Ideally we are looking for someone with the following skill sets:

1. Fluent with FSL (work orders and scheduler)
2. In North America and available during NA business hours
3. Familiar with integration of ERP and CRM
4. High level understanding of flows and work rules
5. Someone that can make recommendations on overall philosophy and architecture of the system
6. Quick turnaround on requests
7. Not looking for a team, but an individual that will stay consistent
