I need someone very knowledgeable about AWS to configure AWS for Magento with Caching, ELB, RDS etc.

Also I would like to setup CI/CD for our staging and production server.

I would need someone to also look into different areas on how he/she can help in having the right AWS setup while saving us costs on the monthly bill of AWS.

We use Magento as a Headless Backend for our Mobile app, So were considering to setup cloudflare to cache data mainly products, to speed the response to to the app.

currenly we are using Magento in a single EC2. Maybe we do not need to use have this big Developers Configuration setup, based on the traffic we are having now but we need to setup caching in a correct way then decide on the ELB, RDS.
