2) Needs an error fixed with members who sign up (it says their account is NOT verified)

I need someone who
1) knows and understands wordpress very well
2) Can complete a job to a professional standard
3) Completes work within a set time frame
4) Also understands plugins, ecommerce and overall website creation.
5) Has experience
6) If very honest, friendly and a valued team member

If this person shows they can do the above, there may be ongoing work involved...
