Website Development- WordPress & Divi

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced webmaster to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with our companys web presence, ensuring that our site is user-friendly and up to date at all times. This role will start with performing general website updates as requested, troubleshooting and assisting with overall website management. You will work with our marketing & advertising teams to expand our presence through design and implementation of our web based sales initiative that will positively impact our customers experience. You should be highly knowledgeable in all web based languages, HTML/CSS, XML, Javascript; knowledge of SQL is a bonus, server management, website performance, speed and security.

In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. Extreme attention to detail is required and we are looking for a team member that is able to take direction and finish projects. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. If you also have a strong website technical background, wed like to meet you.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and revise web pages
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Optimize website images
Debug pages and fix broken links or images
Monitor, assess and report on website performance
Develop and/or update content
Ensure website functionality and perform software updates
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
Meet with management regularly to discuss current and future functionality

Requirements:
Proven experience as aWebmasterorWeb Developer (provide portfolio of recent work)
Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred
Expert Knowledge CMS systems, e.g. WordPress, Divi by Elegant Themes, WP eCommerce
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Familiarity with web standards
Working knowledge of website management tools
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to generate creative ideas
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Available to work Pacific Standard Time 8 am- 3pm (PST)
Monday - Wed and and sometimes on weekends
Being fluent in English
Strong internet
