Need hardware setup/ advice to protect data/designs on pc laptop given to staff to work from home

We are a design studio
We give design work to our staff to work from home using cad software
We want to protect the designs from being copied / emailed /saved in usb or other removable drives

My idea is to only have them save stuff on a synced dropbox drive thats linked to our company Dropbox account. So need some kind of firewall/ software that wont let the staff to 1) any other site except ours 2) that will delete any stored files in 48 hours
3) wont allow the files to be copied/ stored on different devices
4)Would allow us to completely access our machine 24x 7 and lock it if required

Looking for a hardware engineer to help us protect these devices before we hand them out to staff
will also pay for advise if you can suggest any existing products available on the marketplace
