Full Stack Mobile APP Engineer

Agencies will not be considered. We only want an independent contractor

We are looking for a full stack mobile engineer for our telehealth startup. We had the MVP built by an offshore team, but are now looking for an Engineer to create a Production Environment that only the team in the US has access to for HIPPA reasons.

Job duties will involve running through and understanding the code on Bitbucket, debugging as needed, conducting a security analysis to ensure data is encrypted and stored in Firebase in a secure way, adding new features based on beta group feedback. Knowledge of react native.
These are the short term goals so we can continue with our Beta Group testing.
