Neo4j expert needed to setup Neo4j on Kubernetes with database conversion

We need someone experienced in Neo4j, ver 4.X. We need assistance as follows:

1. Setup a new Neo4j 4.x in an existing Kubernetes cluster running in our Google Cloud project.
2. Design Neo4j graph then write scripts and copy 5-10 existing Google Cloud Storage buckets into this new Neo4j instance.
3. Write a simple logging program in Typescript, using our existing design for a simple API using Expressjs, and connect its output to Neo4j.

We have an existing team of highly skilled developers that can assist in scripts or other ancillary services as needed.
