Need design for a new company logo and branding

We are in need of a redesign for our company, Urban Parti. This project will include a redesign of our logo and branding. The logo deliverable should include a new logo in high-res, low-res, and transparent PNG file types, with 2-3 alternate versions (e.g. horizontal, stacked versions). The brand design deliverable should include brand typography, iconography, and color scheme/palette.

A few notes about our brand, Urban Parti is an innovation lab and urban consultancy. We connect all urban stakeholders including real estate developers, architects, urban planners, city/government, technologists, creatives, residents, around urban innovation to help them improve their neighborhoods. We care about urban innovation, creative solutions, education, and collaboration.

The project could be extended to a longer-term project as we will continue to need design assets as our company grows. The most immediate project would include UX/UI design and mockups for our web app and pitch decks.
