CAD designer needed to create a functional hinge that can be extruded

I will sharing a two items with right freelancer
1. Two .STL files for my device. It is almost complete, all it needs is a functional hinge where the two halves meet. You will see one file of the device open as well as one file of the device closed.
2. a photo of an example of the type of hinge we need.

I am requesting that a designer complete the .STL files with a functional and extrudable hinge that will allow the device to open and close once manufactured via extrusion.
