Designer needed to map process flows and deliver UI/UX designs

On behalf of a customer I am looking for a designer to;

#1 Map process flows that allow their current internal processes to be moved from excel spread sheets to a digital platform that helps to automate the majority of the current manual input.

#2 Deliver UI/UX designs that firstly allow internal colleagues to manage their current tasks and then as a phase 2 to deliver a customer portal that allows customers to benefit from our processes in a do it yourself environment in return for a subscription fee.
