RDLC report development needed

We need to add an RDLC report to our website. We have already worked with a designer to create the design of the report layout. The design is in Adobe InDesign format, and we need someone to translate that into an actual RDLC report.

A few notes on the report:

- Certain pages in the report will be need to be shown or hidden based on parameters passed in to the report.
- There will be at most 16 pages in the report, but only 6 unique page designs/templates.
- All verbal content, both static and dynamic, is passed into the report through the dataset (to allow localization on the back end).

We have created the RDLC file and defined the report parameters and the dataset for the report. We will provide this blank RDLC file, the Adobe InDesign files that contain the visual assets, and example data that is passed into the report dataset (which is only a single row). The developer will be responsible for mocking a data source on their end that provides the example data for testing purposes.

We already have laid out four milestones for the report development, and the RDLC file will need to be delivered at each milestone.
