Frontend developer needed to create our marketing website

Were looking for a frontend developer thats able to turn our website design into actual working pages. We have about 10 pages to be worked on and the deliverables need to meet the following criteria:

1. The website needs to be responsive (relevant designs will be provided)
2. The website needs to be delivered in pure html /js / css files in a zip folder
3. Were hoping the project can be completed in a week from the starting date.
