Need help with front yard garden design

Looking for an experienced landscape architect to help me plan/design the front yard of my house in Washington state. I am looking to transform the current lawn to Victorian style garden with private gazebo, wavy paths and swirly lines. Romantic. Mysterious. Sophisticated. With personality.
I am looking for a sketch of the front yard with full plant/hardscape spec, which will include:
-12ft octagonal gazebo (as private and secluded as possible)
-tiered fountain
-shrubs and flowers: ivy, lilacs, lavender, climbing roses etc.
-section for fruit and vegetable/flower garden: grapes, blueberries, raspberries and raised beds for vegetables/seasonal flowers
The yard gets part to full sun - some shadow from the four tall pine trees (to keep). There are sprinklers installed. Looking for low maintenance, mostly native plant garden.
