Required Salesforce CRM freelancer for Salesforce expert needed for basic Salesforce deployment job

We are a trade association based in Nashville that works with utilities from across the state. We have a basic Salesforce set up, but it needs work. I am looking for a Salesforce ninja that can help us with the following:
- adjust company views based on account type (associate, utility, etc...)
- adjust contact views based on account type (associate, utility, etc...)
- implement system to track training and conference registration
- recommendations on general management of data
