Required Wordpress,PHP freelancer for Custom wordpress build for social media/e-commerce site job

We want to create a site that can host video shout outs and profiles of celebrities which users can browse and then pay for. We will need the ability to add new profiles manually ourselves (as non tech people) and to edit the home page. A good reference guide is cameo we want to build something similar. We have a wireframe already and want someone who has a track record of building robust custom wordpress sites and has ideally worked with 'mainstream' clients.
