Required Microsoft Flow,Microsoft Office,Microsoft Teams,PowerBI freelancer for PowerApps for labor tracking on Production Floor job

I'd like to hire a freelancer to develop a Microsoft PowerApp that will allow us to collect data from our Production Floor.

The first iteration will go through the following process:
-Employee prints job traveler
-Employee uses PowerApp to 'clock in' an operation
-Employee uses PowerApp to 'clock out' of an operation
-Employee types in quantity complete

For a seasoned PowerApp developer, I don't this this will be overly difficult.
