I have a web app that uses Mailgun. Mailgun made some changes recently which resulted in the app not sending any more emails (user registration, password resets, etc.). I have upgraded to a premium Mailgun account recently.
I believe that the problem may be either with the API key (most likely) or the Mailgun API (less likely).
I need someone that is experienced with Python-Django, AWS, and Mailgun to work with me online to resolve this problem. The app is currently running and the only problem seems to be the email server through Mailgun. Most likely we will need to change the API key that is part of the app's configuration. Since this was built a long time ago, we will need to do some hunting to find the config file.
After verifying the API key, we will need to do some testing to make sure that the emails are sent properly. This should take a few hours. I was a backend programmer and helped built the original system (3 years ago) but have not programmed regularly since so I am looking for someone to pair program with me to fix the problem.
