Required software development freelancer for Migrate Site to DevOps and Azure job

Looking for a freelancer to help me migrate the working site and application to DevOps and Azure(New Account) from Gitlab and Azure(old account).

I will be doing the migration with a screen share. Need help from freelancers to direct or guide or suggest to me until it is completed. The complete session is recorded and will be paid once minimum hours spent.

The current Code is GitLab and deployed in Azure with one subscription (pay-as-you-go) and objects (2 SQL servers with 4 Prod DBs, 14+ Resources, 2 Storage, 1 redis and 1 search services).
