Required Intellectual Property Law,Trademark Consulting freelancer for Appeal the trademark infringement on Amazon job

I received a trademark infringement complaint from my competitor and Amazon has blocked the product.

After investigation, i think my product is not infringing on their trademark because of :

1. This trademark is registered under the supplemental registry, and under the supplemental registry they do not have exclusive rights.
2. Our mark is different with a different name as well.

I need an an attorney to analyze if i can convince Amazon base on the reasons above, and how to do it.
