Purpose of Position:
Reply to customer emails and messages in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answers customer emails and inbound chat messages using Zendesk and Hubspot.
Provides clarity to customers around the coworking and hosting service
Operates under direct supervision of Head of Operations
Creates the first customer support journal to update daily with new customer demands
Creates and updates content on our FAQ
Maintains a well-organized workflow
Skills and Knowledge Required: Zendesk, Hubspot, good writing
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
Experience: 1 year or more of customer service experience preferred.
Job Type: 5-10hrs/week but be available to reply to inbound messages at any time
