Required Data Entry,Graphic Design freelancer for Name Generator job

1. Looking for a simple license plate name generator to put on my website. Have a look at the website for an idea. I will share some example links with shortlisted candidates

2. I need to be able to upload a list of words that users will not be able to input such as swears and other profanity. Option two if this cannot be done, users will have to email to me for approval once they've made their own custom plates for review to ensure there are no swears. Must be able to explain how I will be able to accept or deny a users custom plate.

3. I will also need some quick photoshop work to change the color and add an image of the new plate design. Please quote the time to complete the job and cost.
