SDK for Video Calls
There is a possibility to initiate an outbound video call (one-to-one) from a mobile app (click to call), it means that a client can add our SDK or API to his/her existing Android or iOS app.
Incoming call is answered from the web browser, that means that the client is calling from an app, and the agent is answering from the browser (peer-to-peer).
The WebRTC technology should be used.
Javascript, iOS, Android SDK or API specifications should be programmed:
.- They have to be adapted to Android 5.0 (important) or to iOS operational systems. It can be OpenSource libraries, written in Java or Kotlin languages for Android operational system and Objective C or Swift to iOS operational system.
- An authentication mechanism has to be foreseen. That means that we need to get a token or other authentication tool from Client's servers before starting the session.
Required actions:
- Initiate a call
- Accept a call
- Reject incoming call
- Hang Up a call
- Mute audio, video
- Switch video cameras (optional)
An adequate security must be provided.
