I need an expert to design a solution to make possible to scrap amazon.

I Already have a developer that will make the scraping code.

What I'm looking for, it's a person that can tell me a real good solution for the lowest cost possible that will allow me to make 500.000 requests to amazon without being blocked and in a stable way.
