The website should have the following functions:

3) A page dedicated to community forums ( all questions and answers should be automatically optimized for Search Engine)
4) Chat function
5) Possibly a few more items.

All pages should be optimized for user-friendliness and the search engine.
The search engine needs to be optimized for a particular location.
