Hi there,
This will be a very simple job for anyone familiar with AWS IAM policies.
We have created an IAM policy for users to upload files to specific S3 buckets. The main policy works fine. the only issue is that the policy doesn't allow the user to change the ACL to public.
We have already set the following:
'Sid': 'VisualEditor1',
'Effect': 'Allow',
'Action': [
's3:PutObject',
's3:GetObjectAcl',
's3:GetObject',
's3:AbortMultipartUpload',
's3:DeleteObjectVersion',
's3:PutObjectVersionAcl',
's3:GetObjectVersionAcl',
's3:DeleteObject',
's3:GetBucketAcl',
's3:GetBucketPolicy',
's3:PutObjectAcl',
's3:GetObjectVersion'
],
but it's still not allowing users to set the ACL. If just says 'Access Denied'
We need somone to tell us how to configure the policy so that users can change the ACL of an object. That's all we require. I can send you the full Policy, your job is to tell us how to write it so that our users can set the ACL.
Deliverable - policy settings to allow users to set the ACL on objects.
