Required software development freelancer for Fix Dragon Naturally speaking on my New Macbook Pro job

I will pay $250 only if you can help me get the functionality of Dragon back. I transferred Dragon Naturally Speaking professional version to my new MacBook Pro using Macs transfer tool. It worked for a little while, but I had to put my license key in each time I closed the program. After coming back from vacation it doesn't work. It seems that my profile that was in there is no longer accessible to the program. I didn't move anything. Possibly, it got put on the cloud automatically? Not sure. I need someone who understands how these programs work and can help me get the appropriate configuration file that the program was using before I went on vacation back into the right place for dragon to access it. A bonus would be figuring out how to keep my key in the permanently.
