Required 2D Animation freelancer for animated sequence of videos job

I need an animated video of an older adult performing a seated march while sitting on their bed. Animation look something like the Up movie. I will share a movie link with right person only.

Animation:
A profile of an animated man as shown at 1min25sec. doing a seated march
Clothing: Plain clothing. Something that a 65 or older person would wear to bed
Scene: Sitting on a bed in a bedroom (should show bed, night stand)
Action: The person should be doing a seated march (this is the only thing they do)
Focus: The primary focus of the video should be on the person.
